PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

All sales are FINAL.
No returns. No refunds. No exchanges. No exceptions.

Every item ships unused and undamaged. Once your order leaves my hands, it is the responsibility of the buyer to handle any shipping issues. If your package arrives damaged, you must open a claim directly with USPS or the shipping carrier. I cannot do this for you per their policy.

Most orders ship via USPS and include $50 insurance. That insurance exists for a reason. Please use it if needed.

I put care and pride into every order, and I expect buyers to understand and respect these terms before purchasing. If you have questions, ask before you buy.

Order Fulfillment & Refund Policy

Once an order is placed, no changes can be made to:

  • Payment methods

  • Discount or promo codes

  • Order details

Refunds will not be issued for incorrect selections made at checkout.

Shipping timeframes are estimated at 10–20 business days (see Shipping Policy for details). Refunds will not be provided for shipping delays. Delays or lost packages caused by shipping carriers are outside of our control.

Payment Method Policy

Once checkout is complete, payment methods and discount codes cannot be changed or corrected.
By completing your purchase, you agree that your order will be fulfilled exactly as submitted. No refunds will be issued for payment method errors.

Shipping Delay Policy

We do not issue refunds for shipping delays. Estimated shipping timelines range from 10–20 business days. Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other external factors are not the responsibility of The BuckWild Rose.

Leather Color & Dye Variations

Due to the nature of dyed leather, color variations are normal and expected. We cannot guarantee exact color matching between items or batches. Dark dyes, including chocolate brown and black, may vary in shade. Black dye may occasionally appear as a very deep brown.

Color Display Disclaimer

Product colors may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings. We cannot guarantee exact color representation across phones, tablets, or computers.

Concho Care Reminder

Please inspect all conchos before and after each use. Regular checks help prevent loss or damage. Replacement conchos are typically available for most items starting at $10 plus shipping. If you need a replacement part, just reach out.
